Learn the events that took place, before, during and after the War in the South Pacific of World War II. Historian Jim Gibbons will discuss the wars’ major battles, some of the main commanders in the war and their strategies, as well as how the war was ended by the dropping of the Atomic Bomb by President Truman.

This will be a virtual lecture hosted on Zoom. Please register: War in the South Pacific
